EDI Finance Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, platforms, products and services provided by EDI Finance (“EDI Finance”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using any of them, you (the “User”) agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

All rights in the software, databases, interfaces, design, documentation and trademarks are and remain the exclusive property of EDI Finance or its licensors. Any metrics, calculations or derived data produced by EDI Finance remain our exclusive property.

These Terms grant you no intellectual property rights other than the limited right to use the services while your agreement remains in force.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You may not redistribute, republish, resell or commercially exploit the data obtained through the services, nor use them to build a competing product.

To protect the security and integrity of the services, EDI Finance may monitor access and usage patterns and may suspend or terminate access where it detects misuse, automated extraction or the sharing of credentials.

Nothing in the services constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and any decision you make based on the information provided is your sole responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDI Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. EDI Finance’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the month in which the relevant event occurred.
